Green Kool_aid

hey I just wanted to recomend Green kool-aid (lemon lime). SOunds acidy but its not. One of the girls I work with has IC so bad she has the huners ulcers and she and I both have no reaction what so ever to green koolaide. I cant stand water so on bad days this really helps me stay hydrated. I hope this info helps someone.

I can't help but warning against all the preservatives and dyes found in koolaid. Basically it's made in a test tube. Have you tried something healthier like carrot juice? It's good that it doesn't hurt your IC the green koolaid, but in the long run (I'm not a doctor etc.) I think it may bother yourb your body in other ways. Definately unhealthy stuff.

I tried the green kool aid last night and I made it with splenda. I was flaring at bedtime so I'm not sure if it was related. Very refreshing drink though!
