Hi there,
I haven't posted in awhile. But here's how it's been going.
Recently I saw a physicatrist who helped understand my anxiety problems that increase my IC symptoms. So now I am taking Lexapro and Ativan (only when needed- the Ativan that is)
I am on spring break from school for two weeks so I thought that'd be the perfect time to try some advice I was given. 'not to force out pee, just sit, go, get up, and get away from the bathroom.' and almost always this is working for me!!! I am feeling determined to go places. :)
So now med list consists of this:
Elmiron, VesiCare, Ibuprofen, Lexapro, and Ativan. (when needed)
