saw dr niemczyk tuesday. he's not all that evil either. definitely not a sadist. lol. there are a few docs up there in the arlington office who are though. ;) i was a little frustrated because they didn't have the record of my cystoscopy last june (a doc at uant had done it during my last laparoscopy). so i had to tell him what my ob/gyn had told me in the recovery room. then there was some discrepancy about my bladder capacity. according to the urodynamics test, i have normal capacity, but LOTS of pain. while dr tchetgen had made a note that i had a small capacity bladder. he mentioned he might want to do another urodynamics, and i almost started crying. he changed his mind, but that was only after my eyes filled with tears. :rolleyes:

he's going to start instillations monday. and he reminded me to do my kegels (i keep forgetting them). i'm scared of the instillations, but i know they'll be beneficial in the long-run. i hope.

um, my cycle started today (couple days late). i told them when i was scheduling these things that i might have some flow and they said it would be okay. i wasn't counting on my cycle being late though, so tomorrow will be my heaviest day. is that going to be a big problem? i can probably tough it out, but can the nurse cope? at least this way my ob/gyn will get his answer on whether or not i have blood in my urine during my cycle.
