I really want Quercetin to work for me but so far it's making me flare. I've tried the "Now" brand that is plain with just Quercetin. I've also tried a Whole Foods brand that included Bromelain. Both made me flare. It seems like this supplement can come from a very wide range of foods, many of which are not IC friendly. Does anyone take Quercetin and it's helping you? If so, please let me know which brand you are using.
I am currently taking Stinging Nettles. Any other IC friendly natural anti-histamines that others are taking?
If I can't get the natural stuff to work then I need to start a medication. Does anyone have an over the counter anti-histamine that they take that is IC friendly? I've more recently tried a generic Zyrtec and it made me super drowsy but at the same time my body was all jittery. Weird...
I am open to all suggestions here. I really think getting on a good anti-histamine regiment is what I need so I am desperately trying to figure this out.
Thanks everyone!
