This is not a recipe but something I've recently discovered that I can eat. If you have an Aldi's near you they sell a box of granola cereal without vitamins added. The low fat version does have the added vitamins. I've tried many different types of cereal and this is the only thing that does not bother me. I buy Aldi's raw almonds in the bag and add a few to the cereal.

Walmart has a larger bag of frozen wild blueberries for between $3 and $4. Every morning I put the berries in a cereal bowl, thaw them for 2 minutes and 30 on 30% power, add my cereal, nuts and milk. It tastes good and is very healthy. Just don't add too much granola because it is higher in calories.

I've also discovered that I can drink Cafix, a coffee substitute. I've tried every kind of low acid, no acid, decaf, coffee tody and everything bothered me.

I hope it works for you!

Sounds good!

I agree, blueberries are wonderful. I put them on my Breyer's all natural vanilla ice-cream and sometimes add a little honey as well.

Pears are great too.
