I can eat anything I want?

I haven't even been diagnosed yet. I've had to wait forever to get in to see an MD. I have my first apt next Thursday. I have been taking 10mg of Baclofen 3xday and feel pretty great. The past few days I have been eating what I want and so far there haven't been any deliterious effects. Can this be real? Do I not have IC after all? Am I in a remission? Will this behavior come back to bite me in the ass shortly? Anyone else out there experienced this?

I have no clue. I'd say cautiously enjoy it, but don't overdo acid-y stuff?

When my IC first started out I didn't have any problems eatting anything. I had no flares at all. 2 months later boom ic started getting to my bladder real bad.
