I used to love eating citrus fish by baking it in lemon juice gone are those days but I can still enjoy a nice fish cooked a new way. I use Sole because that's my favorite fish but you can use any one you want.
1lb Sole Fillet
1 cup pear juice
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp pepper(if you can tolerate)
1/4 tsp salt or sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp celery seed(if can tolerate)
2 Tblsp butter

In a foil packet combine the above ingredients, seal and cook at 400 degrees for aprox 40 mins or until flaky. I wrap it twice in foil. I use a foil packet because that way the fish sits completely in the marinade.

This is a really nice tasting fish
