The most frequent question I have been asked with the board system is how to delete private messages. So .... insted of replying individually, here are the instructions:
When you log on, you will see message at the top of the boards --- my current message is:
"You have 0 new message(s) since your last visit.
(You have 0 unread messages and 11 total messages in all your folders.)"
I currently have 11 messages in my private mail box.
Click on "user cp", which will take you to your private messages. Only your current incoming messages will appear.
Then click on "private messages"
You will want to change "last 5 days" to a longer period to be sure to get them all.
Beside each message --- to the right --- is a small box. Click on the boxes of the messages you wish to delete, then click on "delete."
When you've finished deleting incoming messages, you'll want to go to your "sent items" box and complete the same procedure to delete those.
