vibrations in leg and feet?

Lately I get these sudden tiny vibrations in my legs and feet. My left leg does it on and off all day long. I can't feel it while I'm standing or walking but when I sit and laying down in bed. Comes and goes. Just wondering if anyone else has this? Maybe due to arthritis since I have an awful time getting my legs moving in the morning or from sitting to long for the last 12 years? Or because I'm getting old? :dizzy:

I've had this off/on since I got IC. When I walk regularly, I tend to have it less. In my case, if I have a bad flare, the buzzing runs down my right leg and out my right big toe. It's a maddening feeling....
