looking for doctor in Illinois

I live in Springfield, Illinois, and I'm looking for a doctor who treats IC, vulvodynia and pelvic floor dysfunction. I have bladder frequency, pressure, and itching. I'm looking for a doctor who would be willing to prescribe a small dosage of Lyrica and/or a small dosage of a muscle relaxant. I have read about women in other states who take Lyrica and have had great success with it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
