Hello,
My current urologist (2nd one) has prescribed me Tofranil then Elavil after the Tofranil gave me bad spasms and made it very hard to pee (a 1/2 dose of Tofranil didnt do that but it didnt help in any way). She perscribed 1/2pill of Elavil due to the prior problems with Tofranil, but again I had spasms when peeing and difficulting going.. I've not yet been diagnosed and am due for a cystoscopy (sp?) under a local next week so we'll see what that reveals.
My question is: Has anyone else had these kind of reactions to these meds? The only thing that has worked for the pain (which comes and goes (and I've adhered to a strict ic-safe diet for the last month) is over the counter Tylenol and Ultraset, a new med she gave me which also has tylenol in it.
