RIMSO/Cocktail treatment, not as bad as I thought

Hi gals,
Well, I did opt for another round of RIMSO cocktail, and had major pain control meds yesterday, but this morning I am feeling ok on tylenol, so I am very pleased. This treatment went much better than the first time of the last round. Also, have decided to cave in on my no narcotics viewpoint, and am using demerol again for break thru pain, and I am alot happier.

Sometimes I can be the most stubborn turd on the face of the earth, but at least I eventually can admit I am wrong :o . I am so thankful for all of you, you sure know how to support a gal through the ups and downs of this disease.

I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better...also glad that you are taking your meds as you need them. Whenever I get down on myself taking narcotics, I think of what Donna always says...If you were a diabetic, you would take your insulin to be well....with IC we need to take our pain meds to be well. Glad you are taking the pain meds when needed, I know I used to feel funny about taking them, but the message finally got through to me when my doc told me you have to get control of the pain, or it will get control of you, know something! he was right. way to go feeling better, thats great, hugs Iris. hi grouphug
