I am male, if i dont ejaculate for 2 or more days, i have a severe pain in my testicles after the next ejaculation, this has only been happening for about a year. I sometimes have pain during urination also, that has been common for me for about 5 years, got used to it. Im 21, when i was 17 i also found a lump on one of my testecles, i had an x-ray and was told nothing was wrong with me. I have also had lower back pain for a long time.
one other thing, one of the tubes that leads out of the testicles into my body seems a little harder and larger than the other one. This is the one with the lump.
Can anyone help?

Hi. I don't want to alarm you, but I think you should call your MD or find one on Tuesday. This might be IC, but sounds like it might be testicular cancer. Pain in the testicles and lumps are not such a good thing. You might also want to do some research on line regarding testicular cancer and find out if some of the symptoms etc apply to you. The painful ejaculation etc sounds like it might be IC, but I'm not sure, sinc I am new to this- but in doing some research I have seen these types of symptoms described. One thing I no FOR SURE is that you should wait to see an MD any longer.... Whatever it is needs to be assessed. Good luck! PM me if you have anything you want to talk about!

If you haven't see a urologist recently, it's time to do so. The symptoms you are describing could be IC, but not necessarily so. It does sound like a possible prostatitis as well, which is sometimes related to IC.
In either case, a urologist visit is a good idea.
Warm healing thoughts,

I agree with the others......it's time for a urology visit. If it's going to be with the same doctor that told you the lump was nothing......then it's time to find another urologist.
It might be nothing now, but in the future it could always turn into something. It should be checked at least yearly. I hope you get some relief soon.:hi:
