I saw on this mb yesterday about the bovine colostrum and how it helped some members with pain and aching. I have had pain and aching terribly since I got a infection a couple weeks ago it was So depressing.

After reading on here it helped someone in a short time I went to my local health food store and bought some "Bovine Colastrum" it was Now brand.
I got it about 5 pm came home took two . was in my room in my chair just watching tv the aching has been so bad it was really hard for me ( I'm recovering from several knee surgeries) as I sat there I could just feel my aching of my whole pelvic area gone!I was thinking oh it will come back . as I went to bed I took 2 more. this morning no aching or very very little ( sort of like you can just barely feel your bladder) feeling . I told my husband who was surprised but said well maybe that stuff did work.

I was ready to go get a installation from my Dr. to see if that could help me get rid of the aching. ( I have never had a installation) It was truly depressing me.

I just am in shock.... but wanted to post this.
I honestly feel like a new person.
I"m not even sure what to make of this?
but I'm going to take it and RUN with it for now ( I haven't taken any this morning)
I was wondering how I was going to make it through pt with that horrible dull ache.

I have been taking it for some intestinal upsets due to some supplements I was trying also due to the major diet change I made from having IC and I must say - my bowels have never felt better!- Ha- I never thought I would be discussing something like this on a forum before I got IC. Nothing is embarrassing anymore. My IC has been good for a while now but I think I will continue the colostrum and who knows- it may keep me from flaring somewhere down the road at a later date.

Oh Yes. It helped me a whole lot. I went into remission for a short time, and I contributed it to this being one of the reasons.

hopint4acure - Just curious- Do you know what brought you out of remission? This is one of my fears that keeps my anxiety going over all this. That my remission will end and I'll be right back to square one. It seems to keep me on edge all the time, like I'm waiting for the pain to start again.

Jinny Jean- Have you noticed any loose stools with the colostrum you take? I started to get diarrhea from taking 4 a day and had to cut back to 1 or 2. I even got the reduced lactose and still got the diarrhea. Just curious if you have noticed this at all.
