Could someone please differentiate between what is classed as "vulvodynia" (vulva pain) and what is classed as PN and or PNE?
I am very confused. I don't really know what I have or what the difference is between these conditions.
Thanks,
Claire

PNE is pudendal nerve entrapment . It can cause intense sharp , stabbing pains in your vaginal and rectal areas ( at least mine does ) not sure what else it may feel like ? Vulvodynia is a chronic pain syndrome of the genitals which can cause intense itching , inflammation and pain . VV is vulvar vestibulitis which is localized vulvodynia of the vaginal opening area . It took me awhile to get the terms down , they can be confusing to keep them straight . I hope this helps you :)
