How many RIMSO treatments?

How many RIMSO treatments have you had before your bladder returned to "normal" functioning? I felt relief in terms of pain relief but only slight relief in urgency/frequency.
Any insight is appreciated.

Hi Carolyn,

I finished a series of 6 treatments 2 weeks ago, but I needed a 2 week break after number 4 as I couldn't handle the pain. My bladder hasn't shown any improvement yet but my uro said to give it a month.

I started out with eight weekly instillations, then moved to once a month. I think I was about half way through the eight when I started to see some improvement. The first improvement I saw was being able to sleep.
