Question on how to split the dosage of atarax...

Hi there! I am taking Atarax 20 mg a day (10 before bed and 10 in the morning). Just wondering if it would work better for my urethral & bladder pain if I took the 20 mg all at once at night of if I continue splitting the dose. I just want to do what will be most effective.

Any advice you can provide would be appreciated.
