First time trying this message board. I'm recently diagnosed and am taking Urocit-K to reduce the acidity. It is potassium and I've read I should stay away from potassium. What's the problem with potassium?
That stuff brought me to my knees. I never knew I was potassium sensitive since I can handle bananas and pototoes. Potassium makes muscles contract. You are better off with Prelief or baking soda.

I had always wondered, too, about Urocit-K. I decided on my own to stop taking that and use Prelief instead. I think it's working!!!!!!!
