Emilee's Band Concert

My Emilee had a band concert last Thursday. She did FANTASTIC!!! I am so proud of her. And ~ since she got a scholarship for band camp she was recognized for that, too. Talk about turning 8 shades of red!!!

Anyway, she did great and I just wanted to tell everyone!!

I too am proud, Arionna graduated top of her class in Pre-school. Allready breaking the cycle!! LOL!!!!

WOOHOO! Congrats to miss Emilee :thumbsup: They say that children who are good at music are more academically ahead of non musical kids. My son played the flute beautifully for 3 years, but gave it up cuz he was getting teased~girly type instrument.Anyhow, I am sure she will love camp. You shoul be very proud of her! We leave in a few hours to catch our plane to go to Eastern Europe to adopt our child. I don't know if there will be internet access everywhere we go? If not, I will miss reading the board. Even though I don't respond to everyone, I read most and everyones contirbutions help me. It is so great to wonder something and see that others have such similar thoughts.

Thank you for the prayers. I am doing pretty good. I have some frequency but I am not in pain right now. That was my biggest prayer request was to not have pain for the trip.

I got my Prelief packed. Hope I can find food I can eat. I packed some peanut butter and almonds. That will help in a pinch.
