for Zane's surgery, that is. He will be going to Children's Hospital's outpatient center for them to "fix" his circumcision. Poor fella.:(
Thanks to all that replied before....especially the stories about your little one's having had something done. It's encouraging.
I just know how our IC can act up especially after a cath has to be done.. I can't imagine the pain he might be feeling from being cut on.
So I just wanted to update you those that asked me too. Thanks.

The pediatrician I had for my children used to tell me to hug them lots, give them lots of love, and lots of soda pop! And it worked --- so now I'll pass that advice on to you.

Thanks all for the encouragement. Zane is sleeping now, so I have a minute to post.:)
His surgery appt was 8:15 this morning. Of course they were running behind and he had to wait til almost 12:00 before they finally came to get him from pre-op for his surgery.
It ended up being less invasive as they first thought.....which is good, his recovery time will be less than before.
The nurses loved him and one carried him around everywhere while she did her job.....what a sweety.......there are some great nurses out there.
I know he had to be so tired and hungry after that. It was going on 2:00pm.......we stopped at Chick-fil-a for a happy meal but he was asleep before he got home to eat it.......soooo after lots of "make-up food" he's finally exhausted and so am I!
