How do you know when foods don't agree with you?

How long does a reaction take? What symptoms do you get?

Anywhere from 20 min to a half a day later my bladder burns and I have to pee every 20 min! I hate that!

Things that really bother me, I will notice within a half hour or so. I will be peeing every 20 minutes for a few hours. For me it was easy to identify a lot of things because long before I was ever diagnosed with IC I noticed an increase in the number of times I'd pee after eating/drinking certain foods.

Other times, I just notice I am peeing more or have that urgent feeling and I don't know why. I'm guessing it is because of something I ate the day before, maybe even longer ago. So I try to think back to what I may have eaten which is different. I usually stay away from Aspartame, but had something with it in it on Saturday night. Sunday morning I had a lot of urgency -- probably was the aspartame. It's the ones that don't show up right away which are trickier to track down.

I don't have anymore flares, But if I do eat the wrong things I will start to urinate alot in the next few mins. Thank god my flares vanished. I haven't had them in a long time.

i'm not taking anything now, i was taking aloe vera coral capsules, but i stop taking them a long time ago. something told me to stop taking them so i did. i'm not being treated at all no need to lol. i just keep my faith and trust in god thats all i'm doing and i'm also keeping postive. i know god will heal me. man can't heal me but i do know god can. he made my body he can restore it and make me whole again. he blessed me so many times. he giving me a miracle when i was a child. he healed me from a incurable blood disease it could have killed me. if it wasn't for god i would not be here today.
