Star Bucks Carmel Light Frap

I am so excited. My bladder is able to tolerate a Star Bucks Caramel Light Frap with only one shot of decaf coffee. The drink usually gets 2 shots of coffee, but I just get one to make sure it dont irritate my bladder. Its also low fat because they use skim milk.

Thanks for the tip. I can't drink any of Starbuck's regular coffee but that may be ok somewhere down the line for me. I've been making my own steamers with almond milk and a small amount of chai tea. So far so good. I wish places would start offering low acid decaf coffees and teas for people like us.
