Acidopholis Gel caps

I thought I would share something a friend suggested for controlling yeast. I use these gel caps they have a liquid form of Achidopholis in them. You just insert the gel cap vaginally I do it at night and it is so soothing. It really has helped with burning. You take it orally but the gel caps are the ones I insert and I found it really helps.

Where do they sell these - health food stores? Are they advertised to be used vaginally? I ask b/c I wondered if there is a specific gel cap for vaginal use so I'd know what to look for. :)

I had some trouble finding them, my pharmacy here had them but he's not a chain. But did see them in CVS. Natures Bounty is the manufacturer which sells all vitamins and supplements. They are not sold as vaginal just oral cas as any other except these say soft gel caps. My friend said you can insert the regular ones for yeast but then you get that white powder mess. That's why I liked these they were a liguid. I don't see why they would not be safe to insert cause people stick yogurt in. Worth a try but they are regular oral ones but you just insert.
