Cornsilk???

I read somewhere on the posts that cornsilk capsules or tablets were good for IC flares. Can anyone tell me where they might be purchased? I only found it in a combo used for kidneys. Any info greatly appreciated. :confused:

I have seen cornsilk in tea bags in local health food stores, but the only time I have seen it in capsules is when its in combination w/other herbs, some of which would not be good for someone with IC. Probably could find them doing a search online tho. :)
