has anyone tried to elimanate candida? If so how did you start and did it help?

If u have an active yeast infection then u can ask ur doc for diflucan or generic to clear it up. As for prevention I take fem dophilus. You want to look for probiotics with rhamnosus and reuteri strains in them. there are other brands that sell them. they must be refrigerated to maintain effectiveness. you can also try azo yeast from the drugstore. u dont have to refrigerate them. some people also find sucess taking garlic capsules for thier anti fungal effect.
