:bonk:which books about IC do you all own?were they worth buying?thinking of purchasing some myself since none of them are carried by the local library.

I have The Interstitial Survival Guide by Dr. Moldwin. I think its loaded with information and I do feel it was worth buying.

I agree. If you can only have one book, Dr. Moldwin's is the one I would choose. After that it would be Julie Beyers' diet books and Bev Laumann's "A Taste of the Good Life." All are great.
