had my surgery today.

just wanted to let you all know how i was doing. i'm really tired and sore hurting a great deal but things did go well my bladder looks 90% better then it did a year ago.
he burned my hunners off and some scar tissue that i had because of many many uti.
they had to give me a 100 mg of demrol at diff times of course and so 50/25 in each shot i woke up screaming in pain.:yikes: gave me a b and o while i was still in surgery the first one i had ever had.
two tylocs before leaving the hosp and sent me home on perocet 10 one to two every four to six hours as needed.
i'm still pretty well still doped up so i'm not going to write alot tonight i just wanted to say thank you for all the prayers and the surgery went well.
I have a picture of my bladder I will share with you all when i feel better.

hi guys i slept most yesterday took alot of pain medicine as you can imagine:dizzy:
this morning i got up ate a small bit to eat im still not to hungery and went to my son feild day. I had to go:( the 50 yard dash was the first event and he won 3rd place i was so proud of him and he was so happy to see us there.
we came home so i could get some rest then we will go back for the last part at 12 after that i'm coming home and getting back into bed.
the doctor told me i might have some bleeding but i think on top of of the bleeding he was talking about my peroid started it was time for it any ways but i'm not sure if all the back pain i'm having is from the surgery or my peroid my two of my hunners was on the back side of my bladder.
I promise I will get some rest when this is over i just couldnt let my baby down.
I have very little pain in my bladder right now.
i wish i knew how to make a picture like michelle did of her puppy so i could show you all how much better my bladder looks hopefully when jill get the time to do my pat. story she will add the picture i sent it to her.

I had to work today, so didn't get to read this until I got home. I bet you are so relieved that this surgery is over. I know how anxious you were about it. You sound like you are doing really well. Hopefully the pain will lesson as the days go by and you will have a speedy recovery.

even tho i knew better i have over done it today:( i'm having alot of pain in my back and i called the doctor office today because i'm having to take three perocet 10/325 to just take the edge off the pain guess what the rn never called me back! ggggrrrrrrrrr. I know my doctor would had gave me an answer if he would have gotten the message.
i called to ask if i could take my bladder treatment marcaine and heparin since it always seem to relax my bladder but not sure if i can since the burned off three hunners two large one on my right side of my bladder in the back and one on the front on the left side. also he took off some scar tissue from uti i have had
they gave me an b @ o supp. before i woke up from surgery to help with the pain but also had to give me alot more pain meds i would hate to think how bad it would had felt if they haven't gave me something before i woke up.
i went to alex's feild day today and sit in the hot beaming sun got blistered too which i know i shouldnt had done but did:( he won the first rase it was the 50 yard dash. he came in third place. his class came in first place in tug of war. and my back and bladder came in last place :yikes: i did nothing but sit in the chair but i'm still paying for it now.
I know i'm hard headed I should had listen hopefully i will feel better after hopefully a good nights rest.
Oh did i mention my peroid started on top of all of this.:( Just my luck.

I'm so glad that this surgery is over for you. Sometimes stressing about it is worse than the actual surgery. Please take it easy tomorrow & give your body time to heal. I am just amazed at your strength.
