My prenatal vitamins are causing flare-ups

My husband and I are trying to conceive and I have been taking a prenatal vitamin that's been causing flare-ups.

Does anyone know of a good prenatal vitamin for IC patients?:cat:

I take Prefera OB+DHA. It has no Vitamin C, and so far, I've been doing well on it. I have only been on it a few days, and have not worked my way up to the full dosage yet, though.

Previous to this, I was just taking folic acid and DHA, and didn't notice any symtom increase.
