Hi!
Well I have just completed my third DMSO treatment, but I have a few questions, Maybe someone can help me. First, have any of you had trouble holding the solution for 15 minutes. I sure do and wonder if I am getting any good out of these treatments. I find I am very sore and have a burning sensation when I pass my urine also my pelvus area is very sore following it. I have not noted any inprovement as yet. Does it usually take a while to take effect. My Doctor Just says' we do not know the cause and do not know the cure as yet. Very comforting statements to a patient eh!
I follow my IC diet carefully but I am getting sort of discouraged. I have had it for almost 3 years now and have been on Elmiron for 1-1/2 years.
Another problem, is trying to go during the night, I am up a lot, about 4-5 times, and find it very painfull to go, I walk around and finally I go, gee, sorry to complain like this. If anyone has any input , I sure do thank you .
