Good "Apple" substitute

Did you know that you can use "Zucchini" as a replacement in any "Apple" recipe.

I did not know that! I've been using Asian pears or apple pears.

That is really interesting. I've just been staying away from anything that required apple.

She's right. You can make a pie using the zucchini as a substitute and nobody can tell the difference. :)
