how much prelief for coffee

I am desperate for coffee, I need the cafien to function and I need to function so I can go back to work! How much prelief does it take, i put in two packets of the powdered stuff (samples from the MD) can you buy the powdered kind or how many pills should i take??????????

It depends on the size of the coffee cup, but I usually take two or three Prelief with coffee.
