I need a good probiotic that won't cause a flare. My problem is more with UTIs than yeast, but they have similar solutions. Which probiotics work for you and which doesn't? I'm on macrobid for a week due to a flare causing a UTI and may like to try out a probiotic but I've been too afraid due to hearing they can cause flares. My symptoms are always the worst right after coming off an anti-biotic.

But then I've also heard that macrobid doesn't kill any bacteria except for what's in the urinary tract? I can't see my doctor until the 21st and that'll be over two weeks after getting off the anti-biotics. I've also heard from my pharmacist that macrobid doesn't even effect birth control, but I'm not taking any chances and going with the standard wait-a-week-after rule.

Femdophilous - You can get it on Amazon. It's made especially for the urinary and reproductive tracts.
