Expired Urelle or alternate please?

I am traveling out of the country and am starting to have a flare up as usual when I travel. Just saw my urelle samples I have are a year old. Do you think it's a bad idea to take them?? I can't get prescribed anything else cause of ins. Would there be an alternative pain med for spasms, frequency and pain?

Ive talked with a few pharmacists and they have suggested AZO. I havent noticed it helping me yet. I got my dr to proscribe 15 urelle tablets but Im trying everything before I buy them as they are 50$. Im going out of the country tomorrow and just not feeling good at all.
