My obgyn (who is absolutely incredible) is starting a support group for women with pelvic pain. It is also run by a social worker. First group was last night. It was really great--they did stretches, we shared some about our experiences, and got a little (super informative) lecture on the latest medical updates on pelvic pain from the doctor.
It's every third Monday of the month at 5:30--next group will be on November 15th.
