Is it true that you can only take pyridium for 2 days at at time and that they can actually tint your contact lenses? Thanks!

No, pyridium can be taken longer, don't know about the contact lenses issue.

Pyridium shouldn't be taken longer than recommended without the advice of a physician. And yes, it can stain contact lenses with long term use.
