Help with Arthritis Pain????

Just wondering what those of you with arthritis symptoms, (hands,feet) do to lessen the pain? What OTC med do you take that is more bladder safe? I'm having horrible pain in my heel lately and can hardly put any pressure on it. I'm pretty certain it's the arthritis kicking up).

I use a med called ponstil I think is the spelling Ponstan in Canada, metfemicacid is it real name. It is a NSAID, I tried lots but this one works and does not bother my bladder at all. It is a rx so you need a dr. rx for it.

Truely I tried lots of other NSAIDS but this is the only one which did not bother my bladder. It is also made to target pelvis pain. alot of people are scared off by it's name having acid in it, I was too but I was desperate so I tried it and it worked great.
