D-Mannose

Has anyone ever tried D-Mannose to treat a UTI, IC or the prevention of a UTI? If so, can you tell me if it worked for you. I just ordered some off of amazon and I am just curious to see if anyone had good results with it. Thanks in advance...

Hey,

I used to take D-Mannose, before I was diagnosed with IC, when I had really bad frequency and burning, and it seemed to help me. I dont know if I had a UTI, or a flare when I was taking it, because I had no idea what a flare even was!
