My fav aunt bought a good nutrient book for me

the book talks about eatting healthy etc, the name of the book is called supper foods RX. that was nice of her to buy it for me. she knows about me having ic , i've been telling her there are certain foods i can't eat so she bought the book for me.

Thanks kandi, I don't let ic get the best of me anymore, I been having good days so far now. Finding something to laugh about keeps me happy and it keeps my bladder happy too.:angel: Laughter heals the soul. You may think I'm crazy but I laugh sometimes when I see the toilet, I just imagine the toilet talking to me telling me hahaha welcome to toilet world etc lol.
