Dr. Robert Evans in Winston Salem, NC is a well known IC specialist thru out the US. Many patients drive hours, even fly in to seek his help. He is with Wake Forest School of Urology, associated with Baptist Hospital. You probably have heard other ICers on this website talk about how much he has helped them. A couple of my IC friends and I see Dr. Garris in Greenville. He is a good urogynecologist and has referred us for pelvic physical therapy. I see Jennifer at Proaxis for pt and she has helped me a lot. We are trying to start an IC support group in Greenville, so message me if you are interested. Hugs!

Where are you in SC? I'm in Spartanburg. My urologist is not a specialist I don't think but he is really good. He takes this very seriously and taking all the steps to improve my quality of life. Dr. William Kerfoot.

Any one have tips on making sure all meds( or most) enter the bladder( doing at home instills just started) I haven't stood on my head yet-LOL
