self adhesive heat

My pain has been increasing...along with other symptoms and have needed my heat pads more often......I usually buy the second link kind at a store in my area because they are so much cheaper than others I have seen. I thought I would pass the link to it along to you if any of you use them as often as me and could use a good buy....ofcourse they are also available at ICNshop.

Hi,
Wow you found heating pads that WORK???? The ones I used to try for menstrual cramps (probably IC, but only just got diagnosed, so who knows...) Did nothing. They just smelled funny, and did not feel comforting at all.... Which ones do you use again??
