I was curious/will I be pain free with the DMSO when It works..I get minimal pain sometimes when Im pain killers so if the dmso works will i feel no pain when I normally would feel some from the pain killers....thanks

You'll just start feeling even better! They helped me, even though I was on pain meds. Good luck and hang in there,
Julie:kiss: :hi:

You know thats a great question you have!!! Not really sure. My Uro said if I was going to start to see a Pain Management doctor then I did not need to see him any longer. I just asked my Pain Management doctor why he would say that and he said well the truth of the matter is he really don't need to see your URo any longer. I tried everything else thou.

I would call your Pain doctor and ask him, then I would call you uro and ask him as well and see what 2 answers they give you.

Then write back and let me know cause I would be most intrested!!

Let me know OK??

no I do not see my Uro any longer, but that is only because nothing worked so there was no need to see him any longer. You should still try the DMSO treatments if you have not.

This is my last resource for treatment.

Find out from you doctors again I would like to know the answer.

Talk to you soon.
Also what part of Florida are in from??

Hi Christine,
My pain doc adjusts my pain meds according to my pain levels and I keep a diary. The DMSO may decrease your symptoms enough that you can take smaller doses or no pain meds at all (wouldn't that be wonderful).

In my case it helped with the urgency, to a certain degree the frequency (which I think some was related to the inflammation in the bladder which settled down a little), but not the pain.

I am hoping that DMSO provides relief for you, I know it has helped many many others.
