I have been eating Navel Oranges lately with relatively little discomfort.
Strange, don't you think???
Strawberries still put me over the edge tho. Too bad because i have a box of them in the fridge.
I've also been drinking weak coffee in the mornings. It tends to make me poop more often, but it does not bother my bladder.
I am a strange strange person.

Michelle,
I, like you cannot tolerate stawberry anything!! Really anything that is red is a huge no no for me!
I also like you still drink my Big Train Spiced Chai Tea and I do not really know if it effects my bladder, I do not think so since I can have a day and that is all I will have and then the next day, at the end of the day my bladder is no more worse for the ware, then I transfer over to my gastly bread regimented diet (UUGGHH!!), I have severe pain.
I believe with this disease Docs, others who know nothing about the disease and even some who do like to put the "pain blame" onto us, "well it is all your falt you have this disease and suffer so much, just what did you eat today?" I hate that kind of attitude, and I have heard it so many times!! I could be NPO
( nothing by mouth) in the hospital with only Lactated Ringers or a simple Sodium Chloride IV and still suffer like there is no tomorrow.
I so know your plight and it is so hard to always obey the guidelines when the guidlines really are so limited, I also am a Vegetarian so it makes it really hard to eat! You would think I would be gastly skinny, but I have gained more weight on the IC diet than anything I have ever done. DARN IT!!!
I hope all is well for you there in Mountain Home, I plan to take a visit there soon, I am looking to go to Arkansas State College majoring in Mortuary Science. Perhaps we could get together for lunch or something, I also will be looking for a small house to buy in the area. I have not ever been there but hope to go soon, Fall semester will be upon us before we know it BOOM!
Take care.
Much love and concern,
Jessica Day

I can eat one or two strawberries, but definitely not oranges. If I'm feeling REALLY good, sometimes I can have one orange section.
