1. Grilled chicken (George Foreman grill, sprinkled with salt & garlic powder)
2. Mozzarella cheese grated
3. Safe tortilla chips (check the bag, I used chips with only corn, salt & oil. Some chips have lime juice in them -ouch!)
4. Kidney beans (50% less salt) or Pinto beans (home cooked or canned from health food store, a lot of the regular canned ones have onion powder or other bladder annoying ingredients)
5. Pinch of cilantro if you can tolerate it (I haven't tried it yet, am still working my way through food experimenting one by one)
If chicken is warm, it mixes a little easier, or with the cucumber/cottage cheese/dill mix.
