I am wondering if anyone here has had a hernia from frequent 'straining' of the abdominal muscles/groin muscles etc. when you flare up or just in everyday use due to the IC??
I was half laying down tonight and coughed/blew my nose and a large 'thing' jutted out above my belly button, then disappeared once I sat up and ceased those actions..
I have a Dr appointment coming up soon, so I'll mention it then, but is this a common thing for IC people?
