prelief in Canada?

Is there anyone out there that has been able to buy prelief in Canada? I have had no luck. I have tried Walmart and Cosco and they have had no success getting it, apparently it sounds too much like a Canadian product I think relief or something like that. I have to order off the net and pay dearly for shipping and exchange.
