Hi to everyone:
I was wondering if anyone who has had Botox injection into the pelvic muscle could let me know their experience good or bad with it. I am really nervous. I have I.C., pelvic floor pain real bad and fibromyalgia. I have had many surgeries, hysterctomey, prolapsed bladder, rectocele, vagianal repair. Now I am having a mesh sling put in for stress incontinence and the botox injection into the pelvic muscle. I have tried everything from nerve blocks to trigger point injections and trigger point therapy, instills, you name it they have tried it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you so much!!!
