Wasn't 10.5 just horrible

AS someone who lives in hot earthquake country, we were excited to hear about the miniseries 10.5. Yeah, the special effects were creepy and kinda scary.. but, gods, the dialogue and story lines were just horrible. It was like watching a bad soap opera. Anyone agree??

I have to say that after seeing the previews for it, I didn't want to watch it. I know they've been saying for years it will happen in the future, but, I hope not in our lifetime.
Does it make any/all Californians extremely nervous??

Jill, the first thing I must says is that I agree you 100%. OMG, that was one of the hokiest movies I think I have ever seen it's an embarrassment.
I have been in a few earthquakes I grew up here in the beautiful state of California. And no I have not ever worried about the CA coast falling in to the pacific. I think when I lived in North Caroline I worried more about hurricanes.

Now we know what happened to Bo Duke from the "Dukes of Hazzard," he went on to Hollywood Special Effect Plot Hell by appearing in the horrible 10.5.
