Experiences with MR Neurography Anyone?

I just went down on Wed. May 12 to Santa Monica, to see Dr. Filler at Nervemed and get an MR Neurography for pudendal nerve...has anyone else done that and if so what was the experience / outcome?
He seemed very knowledgeable, staff was great, and it was made very clear for me that by the time all treatment was complete, cost would basically be like buying a car (financing included).
Am awaiting result to see if I am a candidate for injection and / or surgery.
I started this thread with two ideas in mind:
1. Get feedback on prior experience from others
2. Keep everyone updated about my experience
any comments, if you have done this or heard from anyone who has, would be appreciated :)

I think it would be a good idea to talk with a neuro in your own area before proceeding with this since it sounds like you have some doubts.
