Arizona happens to have the oldest IC active IC support group in the country. LadyMike (aka Michaeleen) has run it for almost 20 years down in Tucson! You can find her contact info at: http://www.ic-network.com/activism/supportgroups.html

Thanx Jill... There is also a very good support group in phoenix, I think they meet the first sat of very month at john c lincoln... or atleast thay used too.when I went... but sadly both places are a little to far for me to get to now:(
