Aloe drink vs caplets

Has anyone tried the aloe drink? Which is better capsules or drink? Does anyone say that they have had good results from either or know of a particular brand?

According to the Desert Harvest people, their formula for IC patients has had all of the laxative ingredients removed so that a person can take a higher concentration of the active ingredients in the aloe. I haven't found a liquid aloe yet that isn't full of preservatives and other ingredients. I even had a patient once who was using an aloe product that had caffeine in it. (I was stunned!)

I think I would err on the side of taking the capsules that have some research behind them like the DH.
